These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasyDrape website and platform (the “Service”) operated by Texcad India Solutions (“EasyDrape”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

3) The Service

EasyDrape provides tools to create photorealistic textile mockups and visualizations using templates and user-provided design inputs. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

4) Subscriptions, Fees & Payments (if applicable)

• Some features may require payment or a subscription.

• Prices, billing cycles, and included features will be shown at checkout or within your account.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

• Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

5) User Content & License

Your content. You retain ownership of the designs, images, patterns, and other materials you upload (“User Content”).

License to operate the Service. You grant EasyDrape a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service (e.g., generating mockups, saving projects, troubleshooting, and support).

Responsibility. You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and use your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

6) Acceptable Use

​

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service

• Bypass security, access controls, or usage limits

• Upload malware or malicious code

• Use automated scraping or harvesting of data without permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.

7) Intellectual Property

• The Service, including software, templates, UI, branding, and all related materials (excluding User Content), is owned by EasyDrape or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give written permission.

8) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.

10) Service Availability, Changes & Support

• We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

11) Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Certain sections (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not guarantee that mockups, renders, or outputs will meet your exact requirements or be error-free.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EasyDrape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to EasyDrape for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyDrape and Texcad India Solutions from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your User Content

• Your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.

16) Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
